DEPOLAMA TAŞIMA
• The bags should not be opened, torn or pierced before the usage and must be
stowed in maximum of 10 rows on the pallets.
• Bags must be protected against negative weather conditions such as rain, humidity etc.

KARIŞIM YÖNTEMİ
In order to render the product into a homogeneous structure, the whole bag is used at once. For this reason, an electrical mixer with 1000-1100 RPM speed mixer and a 50lt mortar tub is kept ready for the use. For the first layer; 15-17lt water is poured
into the tub and the whole 30kg material is added into the water. The materials are mixed by mixer with 1000-1100 RPM speed for at least 4 minutes until slightly wet mixture is formed. For the final layer; 10-13lt water is poured into the tub and the whole 30kg material is added into the water. Materials are mixed by using a mixer with 1000-1100 RPM speed mixer.WARNING
If setting starts due to a delay during the application, usage consistency is obtained by remixing without adding any water.YÜZEY HAZIRLAMA
The surface is cleaned until the firm concrete surface. The surface is made free from any dust, oil and stain by rinsing, etc. The laths, which will determine the thickness of TBR-980, are rammed in appropriate intervals in order to provide a straight order.İLK KAT
TBR-980 is applied on dry surfaces, between the laths by steel trowel or plaster pump in 0,5 cm thickness.SON KAT
As the material completes its pre-setting, the laths are removed; and gaps are filled with TBR-980. The material is applied in desired thickness on the first layer. After 2 days, TSL-030 is applied by using a brush. On horizontal surfaces: After 4 days (at 19-25°C), in 12-18m2 area joints are cut in 5-6 mm intervals by using grooving machine without taking m2 into consideration. Between the joints, it is filled with a 6 mm polyethylene joint tape and waterproof mastic is applied onto it. Coating should be carried out minimum 7 days later (at 19-25ºC). On vertical surfaces: During the application of the material on structures such as facades, before pouring soil, etc. protective material is used.DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
• For the application of TBR-980, the surface temperatures should be between +5°C and + 30°C.
• High temperatures shorten drying periods whereas low temperatures increase.
• It should not be applied on the surfaces, which are frozen or about to melt. Furthermore, if there is a probability of frost in 48 hours, also should not be applied.
• TBR-980, which is applied at +23°C, gains the test dry and mechanical strength in 28 days.
