DEPOLAMA TAŞIMA
• The bags should not be opened, torn or pierced before the usage and must be
stowed in maximum 10 rows on the pallets.
• Bags must be protected against negative weather conditions such as rain,
humidity etc.

KARIŞIM YÖNTEMİ
In order to render TCS-500 into a homogeneous structure, the whole bag is used at once. Depending on the size of the area, the mixture is applied by using screed machine or an electrical mixer with 1000-1100 RPM speed. Mortar type mill is used. If the material mixing is performed by a mixer, a 50 lt. mortar tub is kept ready for the use. 13-14 liter water is poured into the tub and the whole 20 kg material is added into the water. Total mixing duration is 5 minutes.
WARNING :If setting starts due to a delay during the application, usage consistency is obtained by remixing without adding any water.YÜZEY HAZIRLAMA
The surface is made clear of dust, oil and stain. If any loose aggregates exist on the surface, it must be cleaned until the firm concrete ground. The laths, which will determine the thickness of TCS 500, are rammed in appropriate intervals in order to provide a straight order.UYGULAMA
TCS-500 is applied between the laths prepared in 2-15 cm intervals by hand or a plaster pump. Then, it is gauged with a template. Before drying, laths are removed and gaps are filled by TCS-500. After drying, in certain periods, joints are cut in 5-6 mm intervals by using grooving machine. Between the joints, it is filled with a 6mm polyethylene joint tape and waterproof mastic is applied onto it.DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
• Application thickness changes due to the sectional computations.
• Consumption may increase according to surface defects
• For the application of TCS-500, the surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• High temperatures shorten drying periods whereas low temperatures increase.
• It should not be applied on the surfaces, which are frozen or about to melt. Furthermore, if there is a probability of frost in 48 hours, also should not be applied.
• TCS-500, which is applied at +23°C, gains the test dry and mechanical strength in 28 days.
• Following the instructions for the duration of total mixing is very important because of the material performance.
