DEPOLAMA TAŞIMA
• The bags should not be opened, torn or pierced before the usage and must be stowed in maximum of 10 rows on the pallets.
• Bags must be protected against sunlight and frost

KARIŞIM YÖNTEMİ
In order to render the Thermocoat-Interior into a homogeneous structure, the whole bag is used at once. For this reason, an electrical mixer with 1000-1100 RPM mixer and a 50 lt. mortar tub is kept ready for the use. Mortar type mill is used for the electrical mixer. 13lt water is poured into the tub and 20 kg material is added into the water. If it is necessary for the consistency, 3lt more water is gradually added into the mixture. Total mixing duration is 5-6 minutes.
WARNING: If setting begins due to a delay during the application, usage consistency is obtained by remixing without adding any water.YÜZEY HAZIRLAMA
If any paint, lime, gypsum etc. exist on the surface, it must be cleaned until the concrete/brick surface. The laths, that are in 0.5 cm less thickness than the application thickness, are rammed in appropriate intervals in order to provide a straight order.YÜZEY HAZIRLIK KATI
THF-015, surface performance material, is applied in about 1 mm thickness by using a coral type paint roll, except on ThermoCoat- Manto 400-F and plaster.İLK KAT
TCI-480 is applied between the laths prepared in 0.5 cm less than the application thickness on the surface as a preparatory first layer by using a trowel or a plaster pump. Then, it is gauged with a template.DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
• For the application of TC‹-480, the surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• High temperatures shorten drying periods whereas low temperatures increase.
• It should not be applied on the surfaces, which are frozen or about to melt. Furthermore, if there is a probability of frost in 48 hours, also should not be applied.
• TC‹-480, which is applied at +23°C, gains the test dry and mechanical strength in 28 days.
• Water based coatings should be preferred for paint applications.
• Following the instructions for the duration of total mixing is very important because of the material performance.
