KULLANIM YERLERİ

It is used on building terraces, under basement coatings, sloping concrete roofs for heat, water, sound and fire insulation purposes.

DEPOLAMA TAŞIMA

• The bags should not be opened, torn or pierced before the usage and must be stowed in maximum of 10 rows on the pallets.
• Bags must be protected against negative weather conditions such as rain, humidity etc.

• TCÇ-510 is manufactured by using natural materials; it is not harmful to health.

• Dust mask should be worn during the mixing because of pollination.

KARIŞIM YÖNTEMİ

In order to render the Thermocoat-Roof (TCÇ-510) into a homogeneous structure, the whole bag is used at once. For this reason, an electrical mixer with 1000-1100 RPM mixer and a 50lt mortar tub is kept ready for the use. Mortar type mill is used for the electrical mixer. 13lt water is poured into the tub and 20kg material is added into the water. If it is necessary for the consistency, 3lt more water is gradually added into the

mixture. Total mixing duration is 5-6minutes. WARNING: If setting begins due to a delay during the application, usage consistency is obtained by remixing without adding any water.

YÜZEY HAZIRLIK KATI

If paint, lime, porous coating etc. exist on the surface, it is cleaned until the firm concrete surface. The surface is totally made clear of dust, stain and oil. THF 015 surface performance material is applied in 1 mm thickness by using a coral type paint roll. Minimum 48 hours is waited. The laths, which will determine the thickness of TCÇ-510, are rammed in appropriate intervals.

İLK KAT

If the surface is parapet or wall jointed surface, a frame in 1cm thickness is built by using elasticity providing materials around all parapet walls, after computing the final coating height. The laths, prepared in 0.5 cm less than the thickness of first layer, are applied as a first layer by using a trowel or a plaster pump. Then, it is gauged with a template.

SON KAT

As the material completes its pre-setting, the laths are removed; and gaps are filled with TCÇ-510. On the first layer, TCÇ-510 is applied in 0.5 mm thickness, and leveled by using a trowel. When the material is about to dry, the surface of the material is honed by using a trowel through spilling water. 3 days after honing (19- 25>C), TSL-030 is applied with a brush. 4 days later (19 -25ºC) the joints are cut without taking m2 into consideration. Then, the gaps are filled with 6mm joint tape and waterproof mastic is applied onto it. Coating should be performed after TCÇ-510 completely dries.

DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR

For the application of TCÇ-510, the surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +30°C.
High temperatures shorten drying periods whereas low temperatures increase.
The product should not be applied on the surfaces, which are frozen or about to melt. Furthermore, if there is a probability of frost in 48 hours, also should not be applied.
TCÇ-510, which is applied at +23ºC, gains the test dry and mechanical strength in 28 days.
Following the instructions for the duration of total mixing is important because of the material performance.
