DEPOLAMA TAŞIMA
• The bags should not be opened, torn or pierced before the usage and must be stowed in maximum of 10 rows on the pallets.
• Bags must be protected against sunlight and frost.

• TCM-400F is manufactured by using natural materials; it is not harmful to the health.
• Dust mask should be worn during the mixing because of pollination
KARIŞIM YÖNTEMİ
In order to render the TCM-400F into a homogeneous structure, the whole bag is used at once. Depending on the size of the area, the mixture is applied by using grout machine or an electrical mixer with 1000-1100 RPM speed. Mortar type mill is used for the mixer. If the mixer is used, a 50 lt. mortar tub is kept ready for the use. 14lt water is poured into the tub and the whole 20 kg material is added into the water. Total mixing duration is 5 minutes. WARNING: If setting begins due to a delay during the application, usage consistency is obtained by remixing without adding any water.YÜZEY HAZIRLAMA
The surface is made clear from dust, oil and stain. During the application on gas concrete, after wetting the surface, at first, THF- 015 is applied and waited for 2-4 days. The laths, which will determine the thickness of TCM 400F, are rammed in appropriate intervals in order to provide a straight order.UYGULAMA
TCM-400F is applied between the laths by hand or a steel trowel as one layer, then, it is gauged with a template. Before drying, the laths are removed and gaps are filled by TCM-400FDİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
• Application thickness may increase due to the sectional computations.
• Consumption may increase according to the surface defects.
• For the application of TCM-400F, the surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• High temperatures shorten drying periods whereas low temperatures increase.
• During the application of THF-015, waiting for 2-4 days (at minimum) is suggested.
• It should not be applied on the surfaces, which are frozen or about to melt. Furthermore, if there is a probability of frost in 48 hours, also should not be applied.
• If mixing is kept less than 5-6 minutes, the material will not reach to the required performance, despite the homogenous mixture appearance.
