TANIM
Single layer, multi-purpose exterior facade insulation material in plaster form. The open cell porous natural aggregate, in its mixture, provides HEAT, SOUND, FIRE insulation and has high diffusion ability. It also makes WATER insulation at the same time because of its (positive direction) water repellent structure.KULLANIM YERLERİ
It is directly used on the exterior surfaces of buildings, columns, beams, rough and finishing plaster, brick, bims and gas concrete. For exposed concrete, it is used with THF-015.AVANTAJLARI

DEPOLAMA TAŞIMA
• The bags should not be opened, torn or pierced before the usage and must be stowed in maximum of 10 rows on the pallets.
• Bags must be protected against negative weather conditions such as rain, humidity etc.

• TCM-410 is manufactured by using natural materials so it is not harmful to the health (It does not include any carcinogens).
• Dust mask should be worn during the mixing because of pollination
KARIŞIM YÖNTEMİ
In order to render the Thermocoat-Manto into a homogeneous structure, the whole bag is used at once. For this reason, an electrical mixer with 1000-1100 RPM mixer and a 50lt mortar tub is kept ready for the use. Mortar type mill is used for the electrical mixer. 13lt water is poured into the tub and 20kg material is added into the water. If it is necessary for the consistency, 3lt more water is gradually added into the mixture. Total mixing duration is 5-6 minutes.
WARNING: If setting begins due to a delay during the application, usage consistency is obtained by remixing without adding any water.YÜZEY HAZIRLAMA
If paint, lime, porous coating etc. exist on the surface, it is cleaned until the firm concrete surface. The surface is totally made clear of dust, stain and oil. The surface, which is ready for Thermocoat Fix (THF 015) application, must be definitely dry. The laths, which will determine the thickness of Thermocoat-Manto TCM-410, are rammed in appropriate intervals.YÜZEY HAZIRLIK KATI
THF-015, surface performance material, is applied between the laths in 1 mm thickness with a coral type paint roller on the surfaces except roughcast and ThermoCoat-Manto 400F.İLK KAT
TCM-410, which has been prepared on surface preparation layer, is applied between the laths prepared in 0.5 cm less than the application thickness by using a trowel or a plaster pump, as a first layer. Then, it is gauged with a template.SON KAT
As the material completes its pre-setting (before drying), the laths are removed; and gaps are filled with TCM-410. On the first layer, TCM-410 is applied in 0.5mm thickness and it is leveled by using a trowel. When the material is about to dry, water is sprinkled to the surface and finishing is made with a sponge.DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
• For the application of TCM-410, the surface temperature should be between +5ºC and +30ºC.
• High temperatures shorten drying periods whereas low temperatures increase.
• The product should not be applied on the surfaces, which are frozen or about to melt. Furthermore, if there is a probability of frost in 48 hours, also should not be applied.
• TCM-410, which is applied at +23ºC, gains the test dry and mechanical strength in 28 days.
• Water based coatings in light colors should be preferred for paint applications
• If the paint is not applied, TSL-030 Surface Protecting Emulsion material should be applied.
• Following the instructions for the duration of total mixing is important because of the material performance.
