MIXING METHOD
Mixture is made by a 400-600 RPM mixer. Mortar type mill is used at the mixer. Half of the amount of ThermoFix THF - 015, the water is added (2 parts ThermoFix: 1 part water) and mixed app. 4 minutes.

| SURFACE PREPARATION |
| The surface should be free from oil, dust, dirt etc. The loose layers (paint, lime, plaster etc.) should be removed of untill reaching the strong surface. Coated surface is notched to prepare it for the application of ThermoFix (THF-015). |

| APPLICATION |
| THF 015 prepared in the planned amount is applied by roller in 1 mm. thickness. After full curing of the material one of the systems TCM 410, TCC 510, TCI 480, TCZ 530 can be applied. |

| MATTERS TO TAKE CARE |
Do not apply on wet and damp surfaces.
Should not be applied on surfaces which are frozen,
on the way of fusion or in danger of frost in 48 hours.
Before applying ThermoCoat systems be sure that
THF 015 is fully dry. |
